Who’s your melt hire?

Give a name or two that you would meltdown if we hired. My melt hires would be Mullen or Jimbo
These were my personal reactions when we made previous hires… my reactions were all over the place and often proved to be wrong (one of which I absolutely melted):
-Saban, I was “okay, don’t know much about this guy, but it’s cool that we just spent $1mil on a head coach. Seems like football people are saying this guy knows what he’s doing”
-Miles: “”let her rip I guess. Seems like a decent hire on paper. He’s been beating OU”
-Orgeron: I absolutely melted day of the hire and thought it was a terrible hire. Melted even more after the Troy loss. And then I experienced the most fun I’ve ever had in an LSU season in 2019.
-Kelly: “damn I wasn’t expecting that, that’s was a damn good hire. We back”
Lesson I’ve learned in previous LSU hires regardless how I feel the day the hire is made…. let’s see how it plays out. That’s probably another thread all to itself: what was your reaction to previous hires?

My immediate response to Kelly's hiring was "oh wow. We got a big name that no one expected." Shortly after, I knew he wasn't a good fit.

Go look at the list of candidates that are being thrown out as "real" possible repacements. Besides maybe one or two on that list, that is my melt list.

I thought Orgeron was the best available under the circumstances.
The only thing I knew about Saban was that DiNardo beat him in a bowl game.
I am not second guessing Woodward about the Kelly hire because I was happy with it at the time.
Miles always did seem like kind of a goofball but it worked out fine for a while.

Jimbo and Franklin would make me melt.
I would not be happy about Mullen and this board would help me melt over it.
