I'm still upset about this.
Like I said, in previous post, this kid had moxie and leadership. Hopefully with the first pick this year, we get the indiana quarterback. I'm tired of drafting offensive lineman. This is a quarterback driven league.

And we desperately need a quarterback.

So.

Have you watched him play?

I don't know if I would be able to take him in those glasses every week though.

I mean he has talent and makes plays our of nowhere.

No one else does. He did.

He's ok. He's in NYC so the media hypes the shite out of any glimmer of hope from their shitty teams. He hasn't proven to be worth the 9th pick or worse using this year's first to trade up for him.

He has a weak arm. Give NFL coordinators a little more tape on him and he is Kenny Pickett

Still 10× better than Shough or Rattler

Keep in mind, that the Saints called about moving up to that spot where he went and even Mickey Loomis thought what they asked for was too rich so it probably was this coming draft's first. Has Dart shown you that he's worth the 40th pick in last draft and probably like the 2nd pick in the coming draft?

So, you didn't pay attention to what the Giants paid to move up? A bargain for a guy you expect to be your future starting QB.

No we have an extremely small sample size where he had moments that he looked great. That means the team definitely should have done everything they could to go get him. Even if that means moving up from 9

They were trading up from 34. Whatever the price was it was too much for Mickey Loomis, who has proven to love to spend draft picks with reckless abandon.

You don’t think he’s cute with glasses on?

Gay!

If I’m the Saints I look hard to trade the first round pick assuming it’s #1 to LA for their two firsts. #11 and #23 I think

This team isn’t one home run first round pick from anything. Use the 2 firsts on WR and pass rusher.

That would be an awful return. If we have like the 5th pick then it's reasonable.

I never get posts like this. We have the worst qb situation in the league. Even an average to below average qb is of course better. That doesn’t mean it’s the situation you want to spend a first on or is your long term answer.

Lol no. He is not Kenny Pickett.

Good grief man.

I bet you were one of the geniuses saying not to touch Baker Mayfield and that Andy Dalton was better.

Throw in a 2 or some 2027
Picks to make it work.

The basis of the trade is to turn 1 #1 in to 2 #1’s plus whatever else the can get

Mrs. Dart prayed to God very hard that her son would be spared being part of the Saints Nightmare. God answered her prayers.
