They are both unlikeable douchebags but I’d take Franklin.

I thought this would be the inevitable outcome but he hasn’t won a game as interim……Sure he’s been competitive but the audition hasn’t gone well

I think both would have Arky at 7-8 wins consistently pretty quickly. I don't think Bobby could do the same.

I'm begging us to hire Franklin. However it sounds like NWA money all has different horses in the race and it'll be a "who's money is greener" contest at the end of it.

If Petrino will head coach for a fairly low some compared to most I go that route. Save money for players. A lot of their problems is due to lack of talent.

All Arkansas has to do is keep Bobby. It's already better than most of these names I'm seeing be mentioned for HC. The guy still has one hell of an offense. They have improved on the offensive side of the ball drastically since he has taken over as OC. They can get him for cheap and put all their funds into getting a competent DC. That's all that is missing from their current team.

Problem with BP is that he has a long history of not working well with DC's.
If he could package a top DC then yes, I'm back on board. Maybe.
Grantham is a possibility if they ended on good terms.
I assume Baker is about to be available...
Durkin will be a hot commodity if not for a HC job
so there are options.... he's just going to have to be able to sell that he can get along with a DC.

Arky could do a LOT worse than Franklin.
