Why not move him to active coaching staff to help the OC? Unless I’ve totally missed something about his status. I don’t remember him retiring but could be wrong.

My whole point with him is he seems to have respect and certainly has the maturity to bring a little stability for the last bit of the season, thats all. I’m not trying to say he would be a miracle worker.

I thought he'd retired some time back. Where are you getting this?

Yep. That’s why one is retired and the other is now an OC in the NFL.

He was hired to modernize the offense to feature RPO elements and he succeeded in doing it.

He retired because he is in his 60s and it was time to

Brady was fired after leaving lsu in his first OC role, is doing well now but needed time to learn under guys like Steve

His role in 2019 is far overblown

Wonder why every time the box was shown on TV Brady was talking into the headset and Slinger was spitting in a cup.

Brady only designed the offense. Compare the 2018 (with JB) and 2020 offenses to 2019. There is only one difference. Brady was at LSU in 2019,
If Ensminger was so good, why wasn't our offense the same in 2018 and 2019, and not just very average.
Ensminger is a nice guy but way overrated as an OC.

Incorrect, in the documetary about the Tigers last Natty run, coach O said that Brady called all 3rd downs and red zone plays. Ensminger called the rest. Although, almost all of the play designs were Brady's.

Other way around. E was calling plays and would sometimes let Brady call some.

Here were the plays in 2019.

Hey why don’t we throw it to one of our two all world receivers with our all world quarterback behind our all world offensive line. Oh they’re double covering those two guys? Oh let’s throw it to one of the other 3 receivers who are also awesome and open.

Ok cool. Break!
