According to The Athletic and CBS, his last act as HC was basically telling Woodward to go frick himself, knowing full well Scotty boy has zero leverage and is also likely fired.

What makes everyone think Scott Woodward will be fired?
Didn’t he hire Jay Johnson and Kim Mulkey? That’s two championship coaches at LSU.

I find some small measure of consolation knowing that BK got FIRED before his coaching career ended. He worked undertime to earn it.

Well 1, he totally fricked the basketball program.
And 2, his last 2 football hires were Jimbo and Kelly. He can’t be allowed to make the next hire at LSU.
And finally, if the AD can’t be allowed to make the football hire, he can’t be allowed to continue as AD.

Those are non-revenue producing sports. He’s done nothing but frick up football/basketball since he’s been here.

No their hirings was not initiated by Woody. He is just the beneficiary of how it came down. Kim wanted out and in at LSU. Skip and Manieri pushed for Jay.

This whole deal with Brad Davis is very intriguing. If what’s being reported is true, then I suspect there was more going on behind the scenes with the o-line than we know about.
