We choose to get Barion Brown and Nic Anderson over this guy? He’s everything we thought Brown would be. Huge fail.

Yeah, I would have loved throwing to him 3 yards behind the LOS on 3rd and long like the rest of our receivers.

Won’t take the Brown slander. He has been great for us when we use him correctly. I have been high on him all year and when he’s in a spot to succeed he always does his job.

The problem lies in Nuss’s inability or refusal to throw the deep ball, and play calling resulting in mostly screens behind or at the LOS.

If you actually watch the games, every time there is a deep ball that is accurate for Barion, he either comes down with it or draws a defensive PI.

BARION IS NOT THE ISSUE

Nic Anderson got paid 650k for about 12 catches and a little over 100 yards. Big miss there production-wise.

Brown has been more than worth it. It’s not his fault Nuss can’t get him the ball when he’s completely roasted DBs.

Nic Anderson was a bust though.

True. But even so, he has the potential to make people miss and get huge yac with his speed and agility. He’s a game changer with the ball in his hands.

This is not necessarily on Anderson though. He’s still a good player.

Concepcion is worth the price of both brown and Anderson. That’s not even debatable.

This is on the staff, bad at evuals, creating player scheme to fit who you have and poor execution by the players do to lackadaisical coaching/effort!

That was the stupidest play I’ve seen in a long time. And to Green instead of someone smaller and shiftier like Anderson

Brown was a good take. Anderson not as much considering he didn’t even play last year and has barely played this year. Him and Sharp were bad takes. Aaron should have got more.

Not saying he wasn’t and think he’s a decent player. But Concepcion is that much better that losing both brown and Nic Anderson and of course Bauer sharp would be worth the deal.

Wouldn’t have mattered, because we can’t push the ball down the field anyway. Not with Nuss and this o-line.

No doubt. I’m strictly talking in terms of the transfers LSU brought in for this season vs who they could have taken.

And who was it that was throwing those balls? I don’t give a damn what receivers they would have brought in, production would have been similar.

We definitely need him for those 2 yd swing passes and for Puss to fall down for no reason

Barion Brown has the SEC record for most kickoff returns for touchdowns. This year, he can barely return the ball to the 20 consistently.

At some point y'all are gonna realize that every player that this coaching staff has touched has gotten worse. This staff is ruining talented players.

Stop blaming the players.
