Why do people think Tommy Moffitt is tough? Lol

His team is so “strong” that his defense gave up 40 points to each Arkansas and Notre Dame as well as gave up 25 to a bottom Decile LSU offense. Our defenses were soft as shite his last three years at LSU despite being littered with 5 stars. Of all the horrible coaching decisions we’ve made over the past 5 years, that may have been one of the few correct ones.

Moffitt is not the reason for the suckage.
2022 proved that. They had very little depth and were still outplaying teams in the 4th quarter.
This is totally on the offensive coaching staff and Nuss,
How many weeks in a row do we have to listen to Nuss is just not himself this week before we admit he is just not a very good QB?

Because T-Bob said firing Moffitt was why we sucked on a podcast a few weeks ago and now it's low hanging fruit and easy to latch on to and run with.

Whatever makes you feel better about it...
If you cant see that A&M is a much more physical team since he's been there, then Idk what to tell you.
This is football...you're gonna have games like that at some point. Even Saban had a few shootouts at Bama.
UGA has had them during their Championship runs. ..but that doesn't take away from the fact that they fielded physical teams.
Watch the games and stop forming opinions off what you see in the Box Score.

Moffitt getting re-hired lit a fire under his arse again, so he’s doing well there. The end of his time at LSU, he seemed to have more assistants that were more hands on than he was. He’s got the motivation and energy and chip on his shoulder again.

The obsession over a strength and conditioning coach is weird. Weird thought I know, but it’s much easier to train players who are good at playing the game of football. A&M has that and LSU does not.
