Great.

Same playbook, different a-hole.

Who else do we have that has called plays on staff besides Kelly? Legit question.

He should have done this weeks ago. Shouldn't have brought Sloan back as I stated before the season.

It's the same thing as last year. He removed his PCing duties then offense showed improvement. I mean seriously, how much more lazier can you be as a HC? What does BK even do in preparation.

People on here pile on Miles as a CEO but at least he motivated and got his guys to play ultra competitive until his last few years when the game passed him up.

BK does literally nothing in games but stand around, yell, and be an unlikable a-hole when the problems are slapping him in the face.

All I ask for is one game with Sloan play calling and MVB starting. I GURANTEE, its a different result.

Alex Atkins was OC at Florida St.

I think there are a couple others, but can't remember off the top of my head.

So, the fix to the leaky dam is bubble gum.

his playbook requires a mobile qb. all offenses under kelly at ND had mobile qbs. it was literally the wrong offense for nuss.

I'm actually surprised this didn't happen earlier. He did it last year and although it's not an ideal situation, the offense looked much better and more balanced as well.

Should've tried this a few games ago, though. Too little too late now.

Is Tim Rattay still there as an offensive analyst? If so, can he be “hired/promoted” as a OC?

Yea Atkins had a couple of seasons of success there until DJ U killed the following season. I think he’s the obvious interim play caller

I would rather him call plays than Kelly, then.

I honestly am not sure Kelly knows the offense and calls well enough to do it.

If only BK were the head coach and could override the play call.

Absolutely. You've got a guy calling swing passes behind the LOS on third and long situations. It wouldn't kill them to work in a few plays with VB like the Saints do with with Hill to either 1) take advantage of everyone dropping back due to our poor line play, 2) take some pressure off of Nuss, or 3)prepare him for a Nuss' injury getting worse. Here I am running a chicken joint and I have a better plan than Sloan

Sloan is just in over his head. In offense, you run plays to set up plays to run off of those plans you already ran. It's a dance.. Sloan just doesn't know how to dance in the SEC.

He's obviously calling plays to try and set up something later but he's doing it on 3rd and long etc.,

It's absolutely laughable.

Nice option when you are out of the running for the playoffs. That call should’ve been made after LA Tech’s defense gave your offense fits.
