Block the construction based on what?
If you're asking a judge to block the construction of the Charlie Kirk grand ballroom at the White House you better have some legal understanding on what's illegal before asking a judge to block the construction, particularly after the demolition has been nearly completed.

When I was in Local 101 Operating Engineers Union in the late 70's nearly all of the heavy equipment was Cat and a few other domestic manufacturers ......today I doubt if Cat has 30% of the total equipment sales in the US.
