Or any other ETFs out there that are respectable enough for long term investment (10 plus years)

More growth oriented, but have you considered DGRW?

Check out QQQI. Blows SCHD out of the water with ROI and is outperforming JEPq and becoming the new and improved JEPQ.

QQQI looks great but high expense ratio that would be the only drawback.

I’ve been debating about bailing on SCHD for a long time. The one thing that’s kept me from doing so is that it doesn’t rely on Technology companies which I am heavy on throughout my portfolio

Yes I have both

FDVV is a more tech focused dividend etf then schd or spyd which are more of a traditional dividend etf strategy. Depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
Stay away from CC ETFs if you don’t NEED the distribution income.

I feel like everyone loved schd until this year. Who knows, maybe it is just on sale.

I like SCHD and VYM as my steady and safer growth dividend funds.
I have SPYI & JEPQ for S&P and Nasdaq cc funds.
I like DIVO as a diversifier as it’s not all S&P or Nasdaq.
QDVO is newer, but I like its growth/cc strategy.
XDTE & BITO for higher high risk/higher high return.
I have a little GPIQ, QYLG, XYLD and ULTY, but above is my main dividend funds.

QDVO does seem very impressive as a CC ETF, one I’ll track over time.
It appears 10 percent distribution yield is about the sweet spot to be able to grow. Closer they get to 20 and up the worse they get on price over time as well as the taxes that will be paid.

I would say most should have some for this very reason if dividend etfs are your choice. Yes it has performed badly the last year bc of this but also one of the reasons you should have some exposure to it.
