He was exposed tonight. Not that we can stop him but it showed that he isn’t ready for Primetime. Dan Campbell is the man!!

He is the anti-Rattler. He always finds a way to make the play at the end of the game to win a close one.

He wasn’t considered a winner until 6+ years into his career. Up until then he was labeled a bust.

Not defending Rattler, but you can’t compare a #1 overall draft pick in his 9th season, to a 5th round QB in his second season, based on wins. Any reasonable person wouldn’t have expected Rattler to develop into more than a solid backup. Anything more than that and we’ve hit the lottery with a day 3 pick.

Exposed? FFS with the single game hot takes.

The guy is down his top 2 WRs, his 3rd wr is gutting it out with an injury, and their starting RB is out. He has 1800 yards and a 13/2 td/int ratio through 7 games while playing almost all games without Godwin or Evans and the last 3 games without Bucky. He has led the team to a 5-2 record with loses against Philly and Detroit. This is a weird thread

Actually down 3 of the top 4 WRs and the one playing is playing hurt. Also down their best player Bucky Irving. People calling out Baker are just showing that they dont know what they are talking about or they havent been paying attention. Clueless. Dude leads the NFL in TDs since joining the bucs. Does that just not matter anymore because of one game against the best team in the NFL?

Baker is awesome.

But, last night, he was sailing everything and was very inaccurate downfield.

It just goes to show you how big of an issue that is. Not every QB can be accurate and on time downfield...with the arm strength needed. It's what Rattler needs to develop if he's going to be a good QB in this league.

It's unlikely. But,, what a lot of people haven't realized yet is that is if Rattler does somehow develop into a guy that is consistently able to push the ball downfield accurately, he would be a legitimate starter in this league. He's come a long way.

Probably does not help that his targets are all injured now.

I don’t see anything wrong with Rattler’s motor. It is just that his skill level is adequate but not elite for an NFL quarterback right now. I want to see what the draft choice can do.

He did win the Browns first playoff game since Belichick defeated Parcells in the early 90s

dude, go back and watch OU and compare and say they are the same player.

Baker is a playmaker. Rattler is more of a system guy. not the same.

Understandable if the OP never watched an OU game. Our GM likes Ohio State guys.
