Does anyone ever take two flour tortillas, put some mozz and pepperoni in between, cook until golden brown, and then dip into Marinara?
It's gas.

Do it in carbon steel or cast iron.

Are you out of Chunky soup?

Yes, but I don’t use a top tortilla and make it in airfryer. So it’s more like a pizza bf I add pizza sauce. Probably better in a skillet.

Nothing wrong with it for a quick snack or quick dinner if I’m not very hungry. No different than a taco, really. I keep good sauce on hand bc I’ll make real pizza so have it and whatever else. No Ragu.

Omit the top tortilla and put the sauce on the pizza. Use a cast iron skillet on the stove to crisp up the bottom then throw under the broiler to cook the top.
Easy and delicious

Thanks for the inspiration. Made these tonight with pepperoni from the deli, added japs & honey…delicious

We used to do that and called it "fake pizza."
