How is planning and building an addition to the White House buffoonish behavior? Please explain.
Construction projects require a high level of planning and forethought, which is the complete opposite of something a buffoon would possess. On the other hand, the way Joseph R. Biden withdrew American forces from Afghanistan, haphazardly and with no planning for contingencies, is the epitome of buffoonery.
