This "nation-wide protest" did have a contrived feel to it. It seems it got more news coverage than actual participants. There was a lot going-on this weekend in Lexington. A couple thousand showed-up around the courthouse and held signs and blocked-up traffic for a couple of blocks, but it was largely uneventful and ignored. When I rolled into church on Sunday morning it wasn't apparent that anything had transpired there the day before.

I said this in another No Kings thread but I know a 'comrade' who was having a hard time explaining the reasoning of the No Kings march.
Basically they know he isn't a king but they are trying to remind him that he isn't a king.
It was a lot more confusing than that but that was the gist of it.
Reading her trying to explain shite is extremely amusing and frustrating at the same time.
