I'm not a believer in rattler, but I'm trying to keep an open mind. He played well last week, and he played horrible this week. Seems to be a common deal among young QBs

No he’s not. He’s just the 32nd best starter. I maintain there are quite a few second string guys (and probably some 3rd) who are better than him.
Bags next week!

Or he is the first worst qb in the league. I am a glass half full kind of person... lol

Rattler made some good throws today, but he's going to be limited forever because he simply cannot look anyone off of his receivers.

He stares down option 1 and tries to fit passes into perfect windows when he likely has another option with more space

I cut him slack last year because of the o-line but they have given him decent enough protection to make better reads

That’s a coincidence; Saints are 32nd best team in NFL.

Im not sure Rattler is in the Top 40...at least 8 back ups in the NFL that are better

This is not meant to be complimentary, but the Jets are the worst team in the league. We are really bad, but they are somehow even worse.

No matter what happens the Saints have to upgrade their QB room next year. Either drafting or bringing in a veteran for leadership and competition.

There are several teams that have backup QB’s that would be starters on the Saints roster.

He's worse than Geno Smith currently?

This is a retarded take. The Saints would beat the Jets, Dolphins, Raiders and Browns right now.

Probably Jets, Dolphins, and Titans. Browns and Raiders would drag their nuts over the Bags.

According to ESPN, he’s actually the 17th rated qb in the league….

By what standard? His production is somewhere in the QB15-20 range right now. Better than expected for a 5th round pick with one of the worst rosters in the nfl.
