I feel bad for Nuss

He’s not bad, he’s not one of the elite players in college football but he is a solid D1 QB. Play calling makes him look really bad at times, he’s not good enough to make up for poor play calling and either doesn’t have the ability or isn’t given the ability to audible out of horrible play calling.
The shotgun 5 wide on the 2yd line after a 50yd run that ended up being a false start is the perfect example. We run that up the gut or even QB sneak it 4X we are scoring there no doubt. Instead we have a horrible play calling that changes the course of the game and it gets put on Nuss.
I’m not saying he’s perfect, but he’s good enough with the right play calls.

He hasn’t proven that all year. He’s been inaccurate, made absolutely bone headed decisions, and taken horrible sacks, all while refusing to run when it’s wide open.
Hes not who we thought he was, and I think his play is just as much to blame as playcalling

Because he’s not a dual threat he needs a true run game to balance things out which LSU hasn’t had a good run game in 4-5 years besides Daniels scrambling around

I'm ready to move on from Nuss. Hopefully, LSU signs a legitimate dual-threat QB.

He is the reason LSU lost 2 games this year and 3 last year. You think if LSU and Vady switched QBs yesterday Vandy would win? JD made Washington a contender, JB made Bengals a contender; it is all about QBs when it comes to offense. Yes coaches are at fault but it is because they stayed with Nuss.

I dont ... despite the Oline issues, does he look like a QB that put in the necessary training over this past off-season?... Physically & mentally?

I did at first but after watching his baby bitch mannerisms all season, me just thinks he isn’t the Leader we hoped he would be.

He's an average qb with nice arm talent and no heart..
Pavia doesn't have half the ability of nuss but he has a huge heart.
Pavia gives his team toughness and heart. Nuss gives you hobbling around after each hit.
If you swap qbs LSU would be undefeated and vandy would have 4 losses

I feel bad for the players that were let down by this staff that assured they came back they’d win a title, him most of all.
I’d imagine that’s why we caught him crying on the sidelines knowing the only reason he came back was because he believed they’d win a championship and yet he knows that’s out the window now. His OCs STILL cant even get play calls in from the 1 yard line after 7 games into the season, something thats been an issue all year. He knows some fault lays with him but the incompetence of the staff has to be infuriating.

Facts in evidence, he is bad. Zero athleticism, turnover machine.

As an earlier poster said, did he put in the work last summer.
I think about JB with the summer of 10,000 passes and all the work JD put in with the Virtual Reality room.
Nuss had access to stuff...why didn't he use it?
The chemistry with his receivers isn't there.

Nuss isn't anywhere near as good as he, Kelly, and his Father thinks he is.

You are right that if you use the QB sneak 4 times, 99% you would score. Unfortunately, that 1 percent is if Nussmeier is your QB.
I guess it is true that Kaleb Jackson is gone because there is no use not to use him there.
