The mother says her son was a "fisherman", who for some reason could not find fish til he reached Colombia. The equivalent of being a fisherman in Miami and sailing to Norfolk Virginia to fish. I guess thats why they needed three outboards on such a small vessel, to get to the fish quicker.

Coming back they ran along the Venezuelan coast til they reached San Juan de Unare, on the far western tip of Venezuela. No one, no one visits that peninsula unless you are running drugs or guns.

These fellas were definitely running drugs, not some innocent fishermen.

Sounds like a CNN/MSNDC headline.

So her son has seen Trump blow up a bunch of boats off the coast but he wanted to "fish" so bad he took his chances .

I'm still pretty shocked that people are in support of blowing up ships off the coast of another continent that are zero threat to our national security interest whatsoever.

Looks like he caught a bunch of drugs instead of fish, was over the limit, and met his fate.

Trump hates brown people so it’s definitely true.

Would have happened regardless of where the drugs come from.

Terrible reasoning. Same reasoning Democrats use for their bullshite. "If we can save one life."

Drugs will always be a huge part of society b because of our demand.

Zero threat? How many people does fentanyl kill every year?

How long have we been pretending to fight the “war on drugs?” I remember it from back in the 80’s.

Someone is FINALLY doing something kinetic about this epidemic and liberals want it stopped. Guess they’re on the payroll of the Drug Cartels…

Right. I think it's some type of play to provoke Maduro.

They dont get it. Its the demand driving the industry. Popping drug boats is absolutely worthless and nothing but virtue signaling.

This is the reason we cant have good things. Retards dont understand basic economics of life.

This statement only proves that you haven’t lost a loved one to the Fentanyl crisis …. yet

No, it means he understands the basics of supply and demand.

Not sure you can say that. You are being no different than those you are constantly railing against but just don’t see it.

There is some truth to this however if you drastically limit the supply you make them scarce. I did 18 months in South America doing the “war on drugs” which was reality “let the indigenous countries have a police action”. It is a war and needs to be prosecuted as such if you want to make a dent in it. You hit the supply chain so hard the drugs become scarce and cost become unattainable in the US. Thus you limit the market dramatically.
