I recognize Auburn has been screwed by the refs this year but his inability to get his players past that is subpar.

Fickell was crap as the Oh State HC for one year and has been shite at Wiscy.
Maybe the Cincinatti program is just a really great job (similar to Memphis) at the G5 level and the coaches there all have success no matter what.
