Why the hell is there a hole in the envelope? What other purpose could it possibly serve BUT this?

Has anyone else seen the new “Stick it to Trump” commercial regarding prop 50? I guess it hasn’t made it up to Sacramento that their job is to represent ALL Californians and not stick it to Trump.

I wish we could get out of this God forsaken hell hole.

That envelope is not like the one I received in the mail. Even the ballot is different. Mine is a trifold and that one is folded in half. I’d like to know which county that one came from. Weird. There are two whole punches to the left and right of where we’re supposed to sign but mine is at the top left of the backside of the envelope.

It’s folded wrong. A quick search and you would know that.

Fake news is more important to some of you though.

Seems illegal.

Newsom is a slimy piece of crap regardless.

My sister’s job, her husband’s family. The usual trappings.

My sister is in Aerospace field. She has a great job with excellent pay. Would be very difficult to match.

BIL’s parents are both older and not doing well. Dad has Parkinson’s and heart trouble and various other health issues.

Also, BIL owns his own business and it’s out here.

But, one big lottery win and it’s peace out, bitches.

Wrong. It is not fake news, it is a real issue. It's not folded 'wrong', it's folded one of the right ways you can fold it. I'll provide a link, unlike you:

County election officials confirm it’s possible for votes to show through one of the small holes in the return envelope.

Yes, you can be careful and fold it so it doesn't show, but this shouldn't even be possible. And if you sealed your envelope, now you'd need to go in person to get that invalidated and get a new one. I bet among people who don't know to check, it's close to 50-50 on it showing. I doubt many would turn the ballot inside-out, for the blank pages to be on the outside.

The DOJ needs to invalidate the vote. And jail every state staff member involved in preparing the ballot and envelope!

Were you adopted by your sister and brother-in-law?

So important you gave no link or proof. Great work.

As someone else said: why would there ever be a hole where a vote could be shown, no matter how you voted? That was specifically put there to make sure Newsom won his, very controversial, vote.

Unfortunately, it's a statewide vote. DOJ has no jurisdiction.

Flip it around, problem solved. But whoever designed that should be hung

What about the voters who don't realize it is showing because you don't really look at the front your envelope after sealing. Or, as the report posted earlier said, you realize it after sealing, open it, and reseal, then you have a vote that doesn't count?

The easy answer is 1) eliminate mail ballots except for very limited situations, 2) make election day a national holiday, and 3) give states some of their money back to ensure there are enough polls open on election day.

It's funny that this was never an issue until Trump had to be defeated in 2020.
