HA! Not only will our tax dollars end up there eventually but at least 200 US personal are being sent to Israel. They will end up in Gaza in less than 6 months.

Could be some legit business opportunities. Don't just hand it over for free.
Germany was left to fend for itself after WW1 and that was a mess.
We helped Japan after WW2 and that worked well.
I would rather have influence than leave it to the regional Arabs.

Trump has his eyes on the prize of historical diplomatic fame and approbation. He sees the chance to become beloved. If the Dems had a lick of sense they would give him the Nobel Peace Prize and start fawning all over him. He’d be theirs from then on. Fortunately they are too consumed by their precious TDS.

And if that happens more will go. We are now responsible, along with allegedly our regional partners, for the security of any "terror-free zones" in Gaza. So, if and when shite goes sideways......we made the promise.
