Offense showed real life snd moved the ball, ran effectively, Nuss took off finally

Yeah we had some really bad turnovers, that can be fixed snd hasn't been a recurring issue

Defense is elite. Boohoo Lanorris sellers is tough to tackle. He's going to be tough to tackle in the nfl too. He's a stud, defense still gave up 10 points.

The time management is still horrible

Nuss's arm looked much better

There's not one stand alone amazing team this year. If Nuss can continue to get back to his usual form and we can continue to improve running the ball we're absolutely live and could easily make the playoffs.

It was the worst offensive performance I have seen in may years. Drops, turnovers, horrific run blocking. From the 1 yard line they can’t create any push! LSU will lose 3 more.

What saved us last night was that SC’s offense was even more putrid than ours.

That pick in the end zone was beyond inexcusable.

LSU has an elite defense. That will be there every week.

I just don’t know how you can watch the offense last night with all the turnovers and bad decisions and find anything encouraging.

Yeah, we got 400 yards bs a bad team and still only manages 20 points. 3 red zone e drives and 3 total points from them.

What are you seeing that gives you optimism?

Hopefully we will be able to score more than 20 points against our last cupcake of the season.

Our defense is elite. South Carolina has a bad run offense but if you think that with a healthy Sellers, Harbor and Faison they're a bad offense then I don't know what to say.

Their offensive line was best up and Baker created havoc all night with exotic blitzes. LSU is really, really good on defense.

I agree about the pick but you can't omit the play call. OC should have realized a field goal makes it a two-score game & went into protect mode on that drive.

Style points should only be considered when the lead is secure if that's what the OC is going for.

LSU got the W!

So scoring 20 at home with two turnovers literally at the goalline with 420 yards of offense is worse to you than in 2011 national championship when we didn't cross the 50?

What about last year vs Bama at home or Jayden vs Tennessee in 2022? Or Burrow shut out at home vs Bama in 2018?

Again, some of yall are miserable. You're just so soft that anytime you get a little adversity it's "just totally like the worst thing ever and nothing good that happened counts now"

Miserable because LSU is not at the same tier of performance as legit championship contenders.

Vanderbilt may very well beat us… then what?

No it's not, that kids made that throw before, it happens. I honestly mind that one less than the back foot one with poor form because of the rush.

He needs to learn from that though and make sure he reads the correct player next time on an RPO.

I'm more disappointed that we fumbled at the goalline and we got to the 1 and we couldn't run it in, trying a QB sneak with a QB with a taped up ankle makes it look like the OC is fricking retarded also get the damn calls in, in the redzone faster.

Turnovers and bad decisions are both fixable.

inb4 the whole board says we can’t fix them

Defense is legit and we limited Sellers. So awesome to be able to watch them play.

But how many times are we gonna say “it wasn’t perfect”?

The picks were inexcusably bad and it’s become evidently clear that win or lose we are riding with Nuss and our season will end because of it.

We made it to the one yard line twice and ended with a turnover and a FG.

In another trip to the endzone Nussmeier throws one of the worst picks of his career.

And everything is all good?

I’ll have some of what you’re smoking.

As who? Indiana, Ohio State and Miami?

Vanderbilt's ranked and very good. They gave Alabama a damn good game.

To sit here and be a pussy and be like "well a ranked team may beat us on the road then what??!???"

Then you'd have to run the table. But why sit here and complain about what if you lose? Such a gay mentality

Hiltons reps on the vertical routes are likely going to go to Barion Brown which could open things up. We need someone to catch the deep passes.

Love the Green usage. That could be exciting going forward. If they play a corner on him it would open up other receivers with favorable matchups.

Really - can be fixed after five games and hasn't been a recurring issue. :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
