Garrett Nussmeir can throw the ball again, but can't play QB effectively....

There's a difference. Big difference. He doesn't have command, killer instinct, drive for perfection, dog in him, processing cooly under pressure, etc. He's a big wuss

It’s getting harder to argue against that fact. ANYTIME he gets hit her gets up limping. Then literally a play later he’s running fine. I’m sure it doesn’t feel good to get hit by at 270lb DE. But the law of averages say you won’t hurt your leg so badly on every hit that it will cause a limp.

He will lose one or two games with his crazy interceptions.

This is what happens when you give a kid millions of dollars. College is supposed to be free training for the NFL. Now it’s the payday. Very few have the determination to continually improve. Most plateau and become complacent after they got their money.

Minimum 2.

This is a flashback of last year. He did this shite against USCe and got bailed out by the refs in a way I have never seen in college… and Ole Miss where he needed luck and last minute heroics to barely beat a team that wasn’t that great. He might as well have lost this game. Cannot throw an interception so close tot the end zone like that and expect to beat a good SEC team.

Just like last year. We win, and his suckage doesn’t sting so bad, but we won’t win every game he does this, in fact we may not win again if he pulls shite like this.

Frustrating thing is we were moving the ball for once.

I don’t know if its a humiliation ritual or something because we see it every game now

I don’t want to agree with you but the cadence speaks for itself. He must find the drive to get better (and better …)

At this point he is who he is , when healthy has an NFL arm but still makes boneheaded throws that a 5 year senior should not be making

Exactly. Underwood, Manning as well. Paid millions prior to accomplishing anything at all.

This is the circus CFB has become.

Yep we have seen him make some NFL caliber throws but I think he’s scared that he’s going to take a big hit. He panicks when he hears foot steps and that’s when he makes bad decisions. Throws off his back foot to avoid hits or try’s to force it in coverage.

He did take off a couple times last night which was good to see but if you play QB you are going to get hit. Not sure how he can overcome that but he is going to have too to be successful.

Cute.

But to all the downvoters on my post, the OP should know how to spell the name of a 5th year senior.

He did a cute first down point gesture in the first quarter when he finally ran for a first after 5 years of college ball.

I really look forward when we have anyone else at qb.

He’s just got to get his swagger back. I think he’s getting there.
