Metro Atlanta's Latino population about to overtake the African American

We have a lot of Atlanta posts here and I get it. Atlanta to me is one of the most notable cities in the South (and America) so why not talk about it. Also what's happening in Atlanta is very interesting and talk worthy to me.
In just 5 years from 2020, the Latino population went from 12% to 21% while the Black population went from 34% to 30%. In the next 5 years they will be the second largest group in Atlanta mark my words. Blacks are not just leaving Atlanta proper but they also leaving the metro area because the Atlanta area is no longer "cheap" and an easy place to get by on scamming and welfare. Also the Black Hollywood thing is dying fast in Atlanta .... Atlanta is changing fast like I and others been saying
Hispanics have a better moral and value system than Blacks so they will be able to compete and survive in Atlanta better. Atlanta is getting increasingly expensive and competitive which will negatively impact the Black population the most.

Black people are too busy blaming whitey for everything to notice they’re being replaced by Latinos. Go look at the demographics of historically black areas around L.A.

Simple demographic transition. Black people are beginning to have less kids. Latinos have not hit that level yet.

I will say that I know from having spent time in Houston that historically black wards in Houston are being heavily gentrified and pushing the black population out.

On the whole your average Latino is lot more industrious and productive.

Not just LA. Look at Chicago, Miami, NYC, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Charlotte ... and even parts of New Orleans and Houston
