Lacy's Attorney Responds to LSP Video

25 minute video.
Cliffs:
1. LSP video sound was NOT synced with gas station video. [Important IF the sync compresses the time of the crash relative to the time Lacy returned to proper lane. Gotta admit, the SOUND of the crash on the LSP removed any doubt I had about Lacy causing the collision.]
2. Funyuns woman had plenty of opportunity to listen to other witnesses. [Implies that Funyuns didn't even see Lacy in her lane.]
3. "The attorney" Lacy called was his little brother's dad...who he talked to "all the time" about non-legal matters. [Disputes that Lacy knew he was legally responsible for the wreck.]
4. Body cam feed was cherry picked to exclude what witness actually said.

Why does he need a lawyer?
Do they think anyone down in the parish can replace the earnings of Lacys NFL career that never was?

You might be right. It does establish that Lacy would not have been indicted for leaving the scene and hit and run.
I posted the video just for those who are interested. The sync issue was interesting. I just don't see how you can get around the "but for" standard applied to Lacy's reckless driving.

Worked on me. I see a Dodge Charger swerving in and out of lanes, disobeying the law and showing the absolute lack of any fricks for the safety of others that every Dodge Charger owner has and I have seen enough to not care anymore

It doesn’t “establish” anything. He’s a defense attorney. Most of what comes out of his mouth is a spin or lie.

Ory releases select clips of video and tries to talk in yards and make it look like Kyren didn’t cause this. Typical of someone not wanting the general public to know the whole story.
LSP releases much longer video to show full incident and make douche bag lawyer look like an idiot.
All that being said, it sucks what happened. Kryen did not deserve the hate he got for his mistake, and neither does the lady that hit the now deceased man. They both made mistakes that normally don’t lead to a person dying, but that’s what unfortunately happened that day. I’m sure Kyren suffered plenty for his mistake, obviously, and I’m sure the lady in the Kia has as well. These aren’t criminals who went out looking to kill someone that day.
Kenny Lacy is a good man, always has been, and I feel for him and his family.
Feels like all this new news about this incident has done is caused more hurt for the 3 families involved, and I don’t get the point of why it’s all being brought up right now
