It’s a known fact that they (Trump and his Admin) does not want to do anything with major arrests until it gets cold outside. They have said this several times that paid rioters and protestors do not riot and protest in cold weather - this has been their #1 concern - Since the Charlie Kirk incident, it does appear that they are moving forward and basically said that they would deal with the rioters now
Everybody knows that when they make one arrest, there are going to be paid protestors dispatched all over the country.
