LSU still plays 3 teams ranked in the Top 8 : Alabama, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.

1) But …. we still need to fix the run game.
2) If Nussmeier is still Hurt and can’t help us win…..maybe have to play the backup running QB if he can throw a decent pass.

I feel like too many people say this and don’t know anything about MVB. He isn’t a running QB. He has some ability to run. More like Burrow less like JD5. I agree he needs a shot though if Nuss continues like this.

My man totaled -12 rushing yards in 10 games last season.

that is with sacks. add context. don't be a clown.
the point is he can SCRAMBLE IF NEEDED
nobody with half a brain expects him to be JD5

Nussmeier is still Hurt

Unless we see significant improvement from the offense , they’ll lose all 3 .

Taking the sacks out, he had 42 carries for 135 yards 3.2 ypc. His longest in a game were 17 and 12 yards. Outside of those two, his longest in a game was 8 yards.
Y'all are getting carried away calling him "the running quarterback"
If we wanna say maybe he could run some short yardage read option and pick up a first, maybe he can. But the whole rant is acting like MVBs legs are some hidden weapon that's going to completely turn this offense around..that's unlikely. Youve still got Sloan and a half retarded offensive line.

I'm not necessarily for playing MVB over Nuss, but the -12 yards may have had something to do with the 27 times he was sacked for -168 yards?

Florida had a terrible offense. Had a bye week and looked way better versus a good TX defense.
We need our offense to click but it is very possible to make a run

Hopefully LSU can get a few lucky breaks and go 1-2 against those 3.

I think LSU beats A&M and OU. Bama is 50/50 unless Nuss gets his head out of his arse...

Our OL wont be able to block Bama's DL. Has nothing to do with Nuss.

Keep thinking until you get it right then.....

Oklahoma won’t even be top 25 by then.

Delusion does help take away the pain of reality, but if you know anything about football, and have watched LSU and Bama so far this year, it’s not hard to predict we are going to get our teeth kicked in ... It will remind us of the 2012 natty game. May never cross the 50.

With two on the road. LSU is looking at 8-4 or 7-5 record and nowhere near playoffs.
