Media has worked overtime to condition the weak to believe Whitey is the devil and all white people you want to target are racist and aspiring KKK members living around them as neighbors. Terms like "racist" and "Nazi" have become synonymous with people playing victim needing to find an enemy.

I support the teachers msg, but I agree with the suspension. I do not know what subject he teaches but this falls into the same category as what a liberal might rant about, that I disagree with.
Keep all that political/activism out of the classroom and out of the schools. If a student brings it up, the teacher should be able to shut it down without going down this path.
I get that this teacher had lots of built up frustration, but he let it out. Suspension is a cool down period, not a firing.

I'd want to see what led to this discussion. If it was done in context, I have no problem at all. If it was a rant, outside of any classroom teaching, then yea, he should have kept his cool.

I saw this first hand the first week I began teaching in an inner city middle school here in Baton Rouge, over two ( 2 ) decades ago. Those little black African American children would go out of their way in order to Not learn. They believed it was a way to get the honkey white teacher fired.
I never seen such racist shite even in the Army. Baton Rouge is a racist shithole. It takes a lot of energy to hate.
And as far as the Klan is concerned the only klansman I ever met in looseiana was David Duke in Tiger Stadium when he was running for governor.
I wish a damn cotton plant or damned sugar cane stalk was never brought to this continent.

He’s absolutely correct.
The next line of bullshite is “well I know a black guy and he’s not like that so this guy is lying.” The goal is to trick you that the outliers are the norm. But that wall is coming down as well.
We are less than 10% of the population on earth. And the thought of having our own homogeneous societies in the nation states we created is the one thing all other races, and even our own, feel like they have to destroy anyway they can.
It’s insanity.
The next line of bullshite is “well I know a black guy and he’s not like that so this guy is lying.” The goal is to trick you that the outliers are the norm. But that wall is coming down as well.

You have that arse backwards. You believe that all blacks are ghetto trash or radical "academics". That's not true no matter how desperately you want to believe it. Those groups are a pretty big problem but they're mostly a problem for other blacks. I avoid them with very little effort.

“Teachers, continue to swallow your tongue and be incapable of defending yourself when an ignorant student calls you a racist just because they don’t like what you say or do.”
I’m in the classroom everyday teaching at a school that is about 55/45 black/white. White teachers are called in regularly because some black student didn’t like something they said and accused them of being a racist.
