Dart will have success in this league. but his first road game in the dome is going to be overwhelming. I fully expect the win on Sunday.

I get they feel they need to ask the question since he was linked to us, but someone from the front office (maybe it was Mickey) indicated they looked at trading back into the first but didn't like the price.
NYG gave up 34, 99, and a 2026 3rd rounder.
If that is what they had to give up for 25, I'd imagine the Saints would have been asked for 40 and either 71 and 93, or 93 and future picks. That is a lot of draft capital during a rebuild and cap reset
FYI, for those that don't want to look it up, 71 was Broughton & 93 was Sanker.

I dont think you guys remember the history of Saints Vs Rookie QBs.
I think he torches us.

Passing on him would have meant we chose a QB instead of him...or drafted someone else at about the same range he was drafted.

Maybe. But they don’t have much at all catching the ball. If he torches us with this group he’s on his way to being the real deal.

Dart finna eat this weekend. Aints used up all their chips with the showing in Buffalo. Rattled gonna get knocked around a lot and there will be multiple picks/fumbles.
