According to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), the public utilities commission for the state, the Department of Public Safety invited ICE agents to help them check the credentials of CDL drivers coming into Beckham County, with a specific emphasis on trucks registered in California.
Why California?
Well, you may recall that an illegal alien from India killed three people in Florida in August while attempting an U-turn. In that case, the driver was somehow licensed in California despite having no authorization to work.
California also has some of the busiest ports in the nation. Fleets of trucks drive eastward daily to carry goods from those ports into the American heartland.
From the OCC's news release on Monday:
In Fiscal Year 2025, more than 5.6 million trucks (Class 5 or higher) entered Oklahoma on a highway intersecting one of its Ports of Entry (POE). In far western Oklahoma, almost 1.4 million trucks crossed the state border between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, at the Beckham County POE on eastbound I-40 which made it an obvious site for the three-day special enforcement emphasis.
Over those three days last week, DPS and ICE officers identified 130 commercial truckers and took away their licenses "for various violations."
While OCC did not comment specifically on how many of these truckers were in America illegally, it indicated that illegal workers were the primary target.
'There are legitimate concerns with illegal immigrants obtaining CDL's in other jurisdictions,' said Commissioner Brian Bingman. 'The inability to read road signs written in English will lead to accidents. This negligence creates risk for Oklahoma's drivers.'
On August 19th, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy indicated that the Indian driver who caused the Florida wreck could only understand "2 of 12 verbal questions" and "1 of 4 highway traffic signs" in English.

I don't think most American's realize how much our ruling class hates us.
Most of them would put a bullet in the back of your head for $10,000 and then go about their day.

A lot of money to be made if you can drive a HGV. There's a general global shortage and if illegals are being removed as well pay will only go one way

Who the frick is hiring these illegals? They need to be shut down because they are putting a fricking weapon on our highways. The businesses hiring these people need to be treated like Terrorists

They will just find another route and avoid Oklahoma

You never hear about this part, oddly.
They are the John in the Hooker/Pimp scenario.

So true. This is why I refer to a certain know-it-all poster on this site as a STATIST. Imo, our #1 enemy is our own corrupt Political Establishment. But unwittingly, we have people on here and throughout the country "carrying the water" and acting as Useful Idiots on behalf of our corrupt system(s).

I guess they can swerve around it through Kansas but then you have to deal with the roads in Kansas.
Hard to avoid Oklahoma with I-40 running right though most of the state.

Companies all over California with 100’s of DOT numbers. They have been registered illegally just like the license. When they get busted with one DOT they tape another on top of them. Rinse and repeat. They run under bogus insurance. Amazon will turn a load over to them and never blink an eye..

I'm really shocked that buttigieg didn't fix this while he was on maternity leave.

It always is stark awakening to realize that California doesn't allow "illegal" trucks but loves them some illegal drivers.
Their trucks have to pass more tests that the idiots driving them.

they should fine the crap out of these companies and post who they are.

All it takes is a hologram sticker on the side of your rig. They are forged and removed from legal trucks daily.

I was pleased to see a CBP checkpoint in New Mexico around White Sands. They had several trucks pulled off to the side and most likely illegals in cuffs, favorite part of the drive.

I remember seeing a bunch of threads here on h1b visas. Have you folks heard of h2b & h3b visas? These are how foreign truck drivers are obtaining their commercial cdl to drive big rigs here. And most of you probably assume majority of the truckers are coming from Mexico but they aren’t, most are from India.

Cali Pinkos really take advantage of their position on the coast to frick over the rest of the nation. Ie...by making laws that force manufacturers to accommodate to their loony demands. And giving illegals DLs, with the "right" to vote.
If we can get a Righty Red wall of states in fly over country to slow crap like this down, like OK has stepped up to do, it should be felt.
Continue to force shpts thru the PC to gulf/EC ports. Chip away at CAs power.

So posters in the trucking industry that are familiar with h2/3b abuse need to bring the deets. There's support to end the abuse just need the knowledge.
There is a need to overhaul our entire immigration system. It has rampant abuse.

I read another article on FOX that said "they had 500 encounters and 120 were arrested".
Does this means they checked the paperwork of 500 and over 20% were illegals? That is one scary number. Thats also ALOT of high paying American jobs being replaced by cheap illegal labor.
