honestly, it has been way more enjoyable watching games lately.

Pitch clock makes games pacing much much better. The three true outcome philosophy is actually pretty entertaining since you are very likely to either see the pitcher get a K or the batter hit a long ball.

Banning the shift has been great too. Hated seeing a lefty line a sure base hit into the hole only to get thrown out by the second baseman parked on the outfield grass

I think the changes (pitch clock, limiting pitching changes, ghost runner) helped a bunch in terms of watchability and otherwise.
