One hundred percent he is hurt. You can tell on this wind up on the deep throes. He reminds me of drew brees last two years.

Then why is he playing?

The ball literally flutters when it comes out of his hand about 50% of the time.
He’s hurt and they won’t admit how badly because of his draft stock….and they won’t replace him for the same reason.

BK recruiting his little brother and doesn’t want to piss the dad off

Exactly!
If he was so hurt it was tanking the offense, then why not sit him and allow him to heal throughout the entire week/game vs SLU?
The reason is because the “injury” is nothing more than a bullshite excuse for the poor performance by the offense. The timing of the disclosure of the “injury” told you everything you needed to know. 2 days after a ridiculous blow up in response to a reasonable question that’s only becoming more reasonable by the week
Not unlike last year’s “revelation” in basketball that LSU didn’t spend in the NIL space only after a 2-10 SEC record.
It’s BS to try to explain the obvious. Poor coaching. Yet, as evidenced by this board, people buy it completely without a shred of critical thinking

His draft stock would not be hurt if he sat at a game because of an injury… Unles the back up performed better.

Wasn't that the practice that the media could not comment on

If you watched the SEC doc on Netflix they clearly had to make some promises to keep Nussmeier. I feel like he has a minor injury that affects his throwing just a little, but he is adamant about playing. Remember, Nuss and his dad refused to play in the bowl game and burn his redshirt his freshman year.

Great question. He shouldn’t have practiced or played during the week of the Southeastern game.
