We should be doing everything in our power to decouple our economy from these animals.

This is why CBDC (digital currency) is a bad idea.
Bill Gates says cows are responsible for too much of the world's emissions? Your money is programmed to only allow you 1/2lb of beef per week.
Criticize the government? You're only allowed to charge your electric car (that they forced on you) enough to get to and from the factory where you work (and they know the exact distance). No range = you can't spread your bad attitude too far.
Bars on a cage. It's only a cage when the very last bar is set in place, and by then it's too late.

This is the precursor to it, yes. A trial-run, for certain.
I hope everyone who isn't right with GOD, is doing everything they can to make it so. The signs of the times would seem to paint a strong indication that prophecy is being fulfilled. It's not the end yet, but we're beyond the "beginning of the end". We seem to be more towards the back end of "the middle".
