Can't wait to read the dissent from Justice Wise Latina and Justice DEI.

This will be so fricking huge if this happens.
I get irrationally mad when I hear an illegal popping out a kid that’s now a “citizen” and gets full benefits of the US.
We cannot do that anywhere else in the world.

The key term being here "legally". Our founders were a moral group with little foresight of how immoral many Americans and people in general would become.
What do our founders have to do with the 14th Amendment?

Trump is 100% correct. Anyone who disagrees is a fricking retard.

Sneak across the line and shite out a US citizen!
Sounds exactly like what the founders, who only allowed white male property owners to vote, would implement.

Without the Constitution there is no 14th amendment you moron.

What do the founders have to do with anything in this discussion?

A cope the level of which we have never seen before
The founders crafted the Constitution with the ability to amend it, which makes their opinions pre-Amendment worthless on the matter.
Bringing up the founders is an argument for emotional, non-intelligent/logical types. Hence why I called the X poster a retard.

Are you asserting the founding documents and ideas of the country are irrelevant to this question?

Hell, those two probably think borders are unconstitutional.

When the sole discussion is the 14th Amendment? Yes.
Well, technically, the 14th is a part of the founding documents (as an amendment, it's still considered part of the whole), so if that's your gotcha attempt, I see it.
The 14A controlling the issue means whatever conflict(s) existing in the versions of the Constitution pre-14A (which I don't believe there are any as BRC wasn't referenced, as it couldn't jive with the legal slavery at the time) lost any relevance or authority once the 14A was passed, as it supersedes any such conflict entirely.
That's the point of the Amendment process.

The intent behind that section of the 14th was to address the rights of freed slaves and the children of slaves to become US citizens. The country wasn’t facing a massive illegal immigration crisis during the reconstruction period when this was voted on.
This should be addressed by the Supreme Court
