A child once told me that Jesus is king. He was right but still at this point has not filled out a tax return. My best friends son is Down syndrome but made a speech about the 10 commandments. He said, regardless if you are a Christian is irrelevant, the message is universal. He has yet to fill out a tax return. Is being of age or mentality the threshold or qualification for speaking engagements?
