I actually think it was the #1 factor that put a bullseye on Charlie Kirk's back, with the #2 factor being how effectively he was reaching out to young people.
1) If you think I'm right, would you go so far as to say there is a spiritual/cultural battle in full force taking place right now, with secularists/atheists/Muslims focused on destroying everything Christian?

Also, he was getting really really popular. And all he wanted to do was talk to the other side and they could not handle that. There’s more than one person involved in this shooting.

I think it was absolutely due to his faith. Charlie let his faith guide his politics, which he was absolutely correct to do so.
The gospel is abrasive. It forces us to look to the truth about ourselves and our ugly parts. The enemy 100% hates the truth and Charlie spoke it. This is a spiritual battle whether the left even knows it or not.
Just look at how people responded online to the crowd singing Gratitude at the memorial. These people hate the truth and hate what is good because they worship themselves and they worship Satan. They worship at the feet of culture. All 3 of those by nature hate God and the truth.

Correlation more than a causation. It's the social conservatism that's correlated to the Christianity more than the Christianity itself.
