I use these PocBuds and really like them. Good sound quality and don’t fall out of my ears.

I use AirPod Pros and I still can’t hear good music clearly over the push rotary mower.

I use my airpods and can hear music really well that way. My neighbors on the other hand probably wish I didn't use them because they have to listen to me accidentally sing along

Another vote for AirPods pros. With the noise cancelling turned on, I can easily hear the music and not turned up that high.

Same. I have worktunes but prefer the AirPod pros. You can also get foam tips to help seal them better.

I have been using these off of amazon for a few years. work great and only $40 -TOZO NC9 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds

I also like to put earmuffs on top of them to block out that much more.

Are you talking about ones that provide hearing protection?

Airpod pros work great and noise cancelling is great. Used them yesterday for ~5 hours of cutting and weed eating.

Noise cancellation is not the same as hearing protection. You need something OSHA compliant if you want hearing protection. I can’t recommend any. I have Axils but they don’t fit me well. May try something different eventually.
