I keep circling back to that statement from Gutfeld. Because I feel it in the depths of my soul. This event is not fading in my heart and mind. If anything it grows. I friend of mine who had not seen a lot of Kirk’s stuff has been watching a lot of his material. He said, he has come to the conclusion that he and Kirk believed exactly the same things the only difference is that Kirk spoke like we would speak if we were not afraid. That’s what I hope stays with me long after this memorial. Speak the truth without fear.

Kirk will be missed, a real tragedy. Yes it would have been horrible if Trump got shot but he has JD Vance who delivers the same message behind him. There is no replacement for Kirk i don't think anyone will be as truly dedicated to the cause as he was, devastating loss

MLK is not regarded charitably here.

My 16 year old son absolutely loves history. He is taking three separate history classes in his junior year. He used his two electives to learn more.

I told him the day that Charlie Kirk was murdered “you are witnessing history today. Everything changes today and it will never be the same”.

I am a conservative and have been since birth it seems. Charlie Kirk was literally the best of us all and they killed him for it.

It has completely changed the landscape and the left can no longer say they are ‘faultless, and ‘just for the people’. When you consider how many tens of thousands of people celebrated his death, people can no longer ignore the vile and violent behaviors of the left and the behavior they truly embrace.

Those people are in direct opposition to our values and our culture. They are petulant children that respond to debate with tantrums and logical challenges with violence.

I bet you love how he beat women and stepped out on his wife constantly.

Exactly, and I don't think most people, particularly the left realizes this yet. This was a turning point in US political and cultural history.

They have made Charlie's voice stronger and louder by their actions, and the effects of that day will be felt for long, long time.

Not many dispute his inspirational effect even if they question his motives.

The left's goal since Obama was to shame us into hiding using every divisive lie at their disposal.

Agree.

They will argue and deny without realizing that the thing is done.

It.

Has.

Happened.

You feel this way because you didn’t lose an influencer, political organizer or some kind of combination of these…

We truly lost a brother in Christ. This “thing” will remain with me until the day I die and I will never forget it.

This is the day that when supporters of the US Democratic Party say things like we are Nazis and Fascists and that they will fight us - this is the day when we realized that they weren't just using hyperbole - they mean to use violence to get their way.

That just adds to the heartbreak x 100. Charlie was one of a kind...Like a human AI robot packed with knowledge and knew how to relay that knowledge logically and eloquently. Nobody can replace him..But there can be several thousand voices now to speak his message..

And I'm glad... Gutfeld is in a position where he can do more good for the movement (w/ his exposure & influence) than all of us, perhaps combined.
