Getting back into marijuana

Anyone have any tips for getting back into good ol Mary Jane? Not looking for any of that high powered scientifically enhanced stuff. Just something to relax a bit before bed. Dosages, any different strains would help. I haven't dabbled in the devil's lettuce in over a decade and even then it was Mexican skunk. I'd think edibles or drinks would be best because we all know that vapes are trashy.

If you feel like you have anxiety, stay away from sativa strains. Since you mentioned smoking before bed at night, smoke indica strains. Start slow, marijuana is much stronger than back in the day. What I tell my customers at my store is take one normal puff, (2-3 second pull) put it out and wait 10-15 mins. Afterwards, decide if you want to take another or if you're good after the one. Slow and steady and don't over do it and you'll be okay!

Just try some legal THC. Drinks are more tame than gummies. With gummies make sure and take a small piece and wait an hour to see how it affects you.
