Covid vaccines laced with hiv virus

I was talking to my uncle who has had non stop coughing since may. He said there was a directive from WHO to reduce human population, so they were lacing covid vaccines with very micro doses of hiv. He thinks that's what is manifesting these days as long Covid.
I searched online but could not find any articles to confirm this, but he works for the county health dept, so if he heard it, it must have some truth to it!

There are easily accessible HIV meds that are so effective the virus is undetectable. HIV infection is not an effective tactic for population control in western countries.

Maybe it relates to the spike sequence from the original virus, as there were similarities in the gene sequences at the artificial cleavage site when they made the original virus

Only connection I have heard about with HIV and CV19 mRNA shots is that the shot could unleash HIV that is dormant in people that are already infected with HIV but have it under control.
