The furry fig is being torn apart by the minute for the amount of fricked up shite he was into that led him to kill an innocent man.. yet all I can think about is how bad I feel for this kid’s parents.

Their life is over. From everything I’ve seen/heard, they seem to be salt of the Earth, conservative people who will be living in hell from this point on simply because their son got in with the wrong crowd. It’s one thing to adopt progressive ideas that are argued at the dinner table, but the leap from that to finding out daily the fricked up shite their son was into at the same time as the entire world. Unreal.

4.0 student with a full ride, not much else the parents could do to put this kid in a better spot and within less than a year he was infected with the mind virus that is tearing our country apart.

It’s fricking terrifying.

A solid upbringing in a conservative two parent home isn't an absolute shield... and yes, that is terrifying.

Yep.

You can make all the right moves as a parent and things still may not work out.

Same. What do you even do at this point? I cannot wrap my mind around what those people are dealing with right now

Yeah, I feel sorry for his parents and don’t really blame them.

I’ve known wonderful parents that unfortunately have had an absolute shitbag child despite their best efforts.

Some people are just defective.

Have you ever read the book, Death of a Salesman?

The main character spends all kinds of time working with his kids and they don't wind up being anything special. Meanwhile his neighbor is rather hands off with his kids and his son turns out to be an incredible lawyer that argues before the Supreme Court.

I still wonder if anyone coerced the kid into shooting CK.
And if so, how was it done

Honestly have a sneaking suspicion they never caught the actual guy
Can’t explain but some of the early photos look off

I know kids who are raised by the exact same parents, the exact same way and one turned out to be a commie loser like this shooter kid because of what happened to him in college, the other went to a Christian college and is an awesome kid about to get married and have a wonderful career. Thank long and hard about where you send your kid to college if they even go, it’s not worth losing them.

Yes, I have been praying for them. What a terrible situation to be in as a parent to have to watch your son go through this all because queers preyed on him.

Look like a normal couple too.

But OP is right. Through (probably) no fault of their own, they are dragged into this.

Anyone know if that furry fig has any siblings?

Having to accept your son is an assassin, only to then have the entire would learn he's a fur fig on top of it all...

It’s sad that he was more worried about how his dad would react if he lost his grandpa’s rifle than how his dad would feel about him murdering a guy with it just because he didn’t agree with his opinions. I do feel sad for the parents, too, especially since they turned him in to the authorities.

I don’t believe and I don’t buy that whole “mantra” of the parents gonna 1000% be miserable no matter what.

Yes, if they don’t have the means to move away, it could be horroble.

But if they are retired or can retire, I’d move my arse to south/Central America, change my name and at that point you know what you did and didn’t do for your kids & that’s the only true guilt you should have.

Wouldn’t be their doing. People will make their lives miserable. My guess is that they move out of the city and for good reason.
