I’m not joking when I say this but I’m pretty sure this is the only place I see people shite on Rattler. Y’all let me know how many NFL games you’ve coached and how many NFL QBs you’ve developed.

Will never know when he doesn’t have a WR1, his WR3 is 5’8” and complains that he’s open every play and a TE who drops every other pass thrown to him

I like him. I'm willing to let his development play out with this staff.

He’s deserved every bit of the criticism he’s received. Last Sunday was his best game by far and i wouldn’t call it a great game but, it’s something to watch and hope he continues to progress. I’m sure your South Carolina fan hood has nothing to do with your stance here but, i sure hope he can build off of what he did last Sunday minus the big misses.

Could have had a starting guard or a WR 1.5 with the 40th pick, but frick Loomis.

I’ll take Rattler plus a high first round pick over Nuss 100/100 times. Not saying Rattler is the future but if you’re blowing a high first rounder on Nuss that’s depressing as hell.

The only question we need to be answering this season is: "Can Kellen Moore make a mediocre quarterback look serviceable?"

So far I would say that you can't deny that he's squeezing what he can out of this QB/WR/TE room..

A good coach can make a Brock Purdy, a Geno Smith, a Sam Darnold look 'good enough' and if we've got that coach then things may not be as grim as people here think

They're nice throws but this is cherry picking. He has needed 35-40 attempts to reach 200 yards passing. Accuracy isn't where it needs to be yet. Panics in the pocket and takes sacks. He's got a long way to go. Good tank commander if nothing else.

By design? This was the apparent gameplan dating back to preseason, both he and Shough. He hasn’t thrown an INT. You’re not in the first two games if he turns it over. Can’t have it all at once with a young QB

Been the exact opposite through two games. 4 sacks taken is near the best in the league and he’s almost too calm in the face of pressure

Wtf is special about those two throws? I expect throws to wide open receivers within 15 yds of LOS to be completed.

Well what did you want him to say? You think he going to say he stinks? More of a mystery why your GM drafted another QB.

It's obvious that it's all by design. It seems Moore has a plan & he's sticking too it. A short, quick passing scheme that allows his young QB to not have to overthink reading coverages, let's him get into a rhythm by getting the ball out quickly & trying to keep down & distances manageable. The offensive line penalties so far this season has hindered that ability to have consistent manageable down & distance situations which has slowed the offense down at times.

This is too rational of a post for many on this board but it's the absolute truth. Many will ignore this or won't reply to this because it doesn't support their stance in the Great War.

I'm also willing to bet that Rattler is among the top half of QBs in terms release time from snap to throw.

Robert Saleh is one of the best defensive minds currently in football. He could have said nothing at all yet he did. What he described in his interview is exactly what Rattler did against Saleh's defense in the actual game.
