Are we still on the "tank for Acrh/Nuss" train?

We're tanking regardless. Just wasn't sure if yall still want either of them?

It's not called tanking when you're losing unintentionally. Either way, I expect us to be top 5 pick regardless. Us and the dolphins look primed for that top spot.

Shough wasn't drafted 2nd round to be a back up to any 2026 QB.

Not sure if anyone can be excited about Arch. Nuss...still to be determined. Lately, John Mateer from OK looks the best....but its still early.

I haven't seen a QB yet that's worth throwing away all of '25 for.

Maybe both are intentionally doing their own tanking to go to good teams?

It's early but these 2 have been turning heads. It's like some of you don't pay attention or watch many games at all.

Arch ain't coming out & declaring for the 2026. People need to just stop with this. Not enough film yet & the film that is there so far is dried dog shite.
Let's see how Nuss performs going forward as he continues to heal from his torso injury.

Well he's currently backing up & 5th rounder from 2024 draft.

Agreed...in fact I don't see any player that stands out as a must have overall #1 pick next draft. I know the season is still young, but at this point, if I am the Saints, trading down for more picks looks to be more advantageous for a team with so many needs...

The comment was about drafting one with a top 10 pick. Yeah those guys may be good but we have many other holes and shouldn't waste a top 10 pick on a QB. I said its a weaker draft class for QB a few weeks ago and the arguments were talking about Klubnik/ Nuss who have under performed and Arch who isn't even getting drafted this year.
How can you argue its not a weak QB draft class when the top rated QBs aren't even the top rated QB's?

Not sure but I’m just glad all the moronic “tank for Nuss” people have gone away. I like Mateer a good bit but this team isn’t tanking for anyone. If they get the #1 pick and there isn’t a franchise changing qb available they need to do any trade they can and just get as many picks as possible and do it all over again next year.

Klubnik hasn't played well but Nuss has been dealing with an oblique injury since fall camp that has obviously affected his ability to throw especially downfield.

It's 3 weeks into the season bruh.

If Arch is playing in New Orleans next year it will probably be for Tulane.
Nuss will be fine when his torso heals.

Well you don't necessarily wait 10+ games to decide if someone is worth a top 5-10 draft pick... You have them as a top 10 pick and then they confirm it. Right now none of these QB's are worth pulling the trigger with that high of a pick. The longer that goes on then the easier it is to not take a QB with that pick.

At this point I can't see the Saints essentially wasting a top pick reaching for a QB in the next draft. Saints can't afford to 'reach' on anyone! We need definite starters, essential a sure thing at whatever position we pick.
