Another fun week!
Just wish we could get some fall air at some point......

Why is West Monroe not that good anymore? Is it coaches, players or a little of both? I have been out of Louisiana for a while and just got back in to town and just wondering?

St. James at Terrebonne should be a good one. Terrebonne surprisingly beat them last year and they were not happy. They are looking for revenge.

St. James supposedly called letting Terrebonne know that they are coming in droves. They plan on getting here early and tailgating. Should be a great environment.

FUN FACT… Chalmette has never beaten Holy Cross at Tad Gormley…
We played a 7-7 tie there in 1975… we’ve only beaten them once away from CHS, and that was in the Superdome
Against all teams we’re on a losing streak of 16 games and 42 years at Tad Gormley

Always look forward to your weekly posts.
I saw it listed for Friday, but I believe that South Beauregard and Buckeye are playing tonight. For anyone interested I believe that the game can be seen on 446Sports Facebook page, YouTube or the Roku App.
Also involving a CENLA team, Grant v. D"Arbonne Wooks will likewise be streamed on 446Sports outlets I believe.

Watch them play...they dont have the speed and athletes they had under Shows. Isnt it ironic that Ruston is now pumping out athletes left tand right like WM used to and now WM looks like they did in the very early 1990s?

I know you're in Tennessee, but dude...cmon man...We have literally our first 4 star offensive skill player ever this year. We have a 3 star OL to go with him. Talent isn't the issue this year. We're 2-0 so far. Not sure what else you want from us.
If you're going off of last year, 6 losses is inexcusable and the HC was let go due to it. Of those 6 losses, all 6 played in the semifinals in their playoff brackets. 3 played in the Dome. We played all but 1 of those teams at their place last year as well. It was an absolutely ridiculous schedule. We're playing that same schedule this year too btw.

Listen I hope this new coach gets them back to the top and think he will, but like I said the coaches, fans, boosters etc all got fat and lazy with the success under Shows. Apparently the new people have it moving in the right direction. They look way better than last season and no last season isnt why I am saying all this. It is the last decade of slow decay and now it is being fixed. Also I heard the old "Good Ole Boy Network" from the pre-Don Shows 1980s days had made a reappearance and hopefully the new coach nipped that in the bud.
