that okra dish looks fantastic. Okra is incredibly good for you also.

S African buddy’s family does a pickled lamb chop. Takes at least a week to properly marinate. Grill with a nice char. Side was mashed spuds.

These chops were uncooked leftovers from a more traditional meal.
