Fallout maker, Bethesda seems to have decided to weigh in on Charlie Kirk as well

The western gaming industry is a shite show of activists and far left clowns. It's one of the reasons why western games are having so many flops in the gaming industry, while Japanese games are seeing an emergence again. We need Japan to make games great again.

I'm confused how that's about CK? Because the character says "you don't care much about these fascists, do you?" to a cat? That's from their new Indiana Jones game in which the storyline involves Indy fighting actual fascists (1930's Nazi SS). They've been releasing clip after clip for days. The fact that the word "fascist" is used in just one of them in a game involving fighting literal National Socialists doesn't indicate CK to me especially as it was in the game well before last week.

It was not Punchout great but it was pretty good. It had a two player mode so for those of us who played with friends, it was a nice diversion from our Tecmo Bowl marathons.

Because Charlie was labeled a fascist. And it was supposed to be a sly, wink-wink, way to say they don't care that he was killed.
It doesn't help that Bethesda has a history of negative comments towards Trump and conservatives in their games. They literally killed Ronald Reagan in one of their Wolfenstein games.
I have been a fan of their games for years, so I have plenty of reason to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it is really obvious what they were saying. You can call it a coincidence if you want, but it definitely was not.

Except for Dragon's Dogma 2 in recent memory, I've only been playing JRPGs.
Even DD2 had some pretty obvious DEI stuff going on, but it wasn't "too much". More in the background than anything.

I haven't bought a single western game in a while. My last purchase was MGS Delta. My next purchase will be Silent Hill F. I'm so glad to see Konami back in the game.
