Nuss at least has a body of work we can use to verify his potential. Manning has nothing but the hype so far.
If those are the best the Saints have to choose from, I would definitely trade down and endure the suckage another year.

This team is so bad they could legit draft any position they want too. If they want to take a third OT in the first round again they could do that. There's multiple pass rushers that are worth a top 10 pick. There's a couple highly ranked WR's which lord knows we need. There's pass rushers. Secondary guys. Just take BPA

That's why you trade down. A lot of places either need a starter or a long term answer.
