He probably won’t go down as the goat NFL kicker or anything, but he’s the best kicker the sport has ever seen. Like Jackson isn’t in any hall of fame but watch his highlights and it’s like oh, he’s the best athlete ever.

Just unreal

Aubrey is 26-29 in his career on FG’s of 50+ yards. If Aubrey keeps this up another 5-10 years he could make the HOF. Best Kicker I’ve ever seen.

It amazes me how far he can kick the football. It just seems to defy physics at a certain point.

Its pretty amazing how well Dallas drafts/finds kickers and yet they suck at so many other levels of personnel over the last 30 yrs.

Also is kind of funny how every ‘good’ kicker we move on from somewhat struggles to recreate it elsewhere.

So he strikes out a lot and is outrageously overrated?

Dempsey’s NFL record 63-yarder lasted for decades. While not the record, Aubrey drilled a 64-yarder like it was a chipshot.

Just like Bo, Aubrey has a tendency to make it look effortless. Get your arse out in the yard with a football and see how far and straight you can kick it.

I agree. I think it obviously has to do with leg strength but also leg speed, kinda like bat speed in bassball. LSU's kicker has added a few yards because he has supposedly quickened his leg speed going through the ball.

Justin Tucker was a freak, but Aubrey is more of a freak

Played college soccer at Notre Dame, became an accountant after graduation. His wife was watching UFL games and asked him if he thought he could kick a football. He tried out for the UFL, and made the team, after working out at a park, then later signed with Cowboys.

These kickers are getting too good. Teams will be in FG range before even reaching midfield.

There are a couple of kickers in the Hall, Tucker will be no reason Aubrey can’t make it if he keeps it up for another 7-10 years
