If you're on your social media platform with your name and occupation attached to it......you aren't getting "doxxed". You are being held accountable.

In my opinion, that is up to the company they work for. My company has a clear social media policy and people have been fired for abusing it. Some companies may not and may not see the backlash that pushes them to fire

If they bring negative publicity to the company, then yes, they deserve to go
