Seems like a sure fire plan. Say you don’t like Jim Shoe who works at Nike. You create an elaborate knock off Facebook profile of his and then post something incendiary, and boom he’s fired before he can eat his lunch.

Until the real Jim Shoe shows his boss that that account has only been active for a week and only has 4 friends. Then Nike boss reports the identify theft to the real cops and The Walrus now has charges.

no but when I was young I used to make fake accounts and pretend to be customer so I could send comments about how good me and my friend that I worked with were doing.
