I had two leftover tamales from the guy in St. Joseph. Rolled them up in an omelet with pepper jack cheese and a side of Prilosec. Thursdays are a clean-out night for us. Tomorrow evening will be a sous vide backstrap with bearnaise while wife & kids are at Laney Wilson concert. Also will be smoking pork belly burnt ends for Saturday's tailgate.

Bone in chicken thighs with fresh veggies. Old charter with a bump of bitters. At the camp. Mowed all food plots today, prolly 12 acres in total. Saw lots of deer and two sets of hogs. Shoulda brought a gun.

Burgers for the boys and wife and I a cheap ribeye and Cesar salad. Started with white cans and transitioned to my cheap blackberry flavored bird dog on the rocks.

Processor I’ve been using for probably the last 15 years makes it. He’s moved over to Carters in denham at Lockhart last year. Best breakfast sausage I’ve ever had

This is not breakfast sausage but it is blueberry sausage and it's incredible.
